Sea Wolf is a side project of Irving’s bassist Alex Church and is expected to release their debut full-length album Leaves In The River on September 25 via Dangerbird Records.
You won’t find a lot on the internet about their previous released EP Get To The River Before It Runs Too Low but both these albums are incredible and deserve much more attention. His voice may remind you of Elliott Smith or Conor Oberst, the melodies are sweet and somewhat mellow, the lyrics are thoughtful and it’s the type of album you’ll want to play again immediately after it finishes.
