There’s a reason I haven’t been able to write anything on here recently. Yesterday I came back from 3 days of camping, beer, bad food and something that goes well with all of the above: music. Belgium isn’t known for a lot, but if there’s something I’m proud to live here for, it must be music festivals. Werchter, Dour and Dranouter attract musiclovers all over the globe but there’s one that outshines them all: Pukkelpop.
Pukkelpop is internationally acknowledged as the trendsetter among many others of its kind. Over the past years it has evolved into one of the biggest alternative open air festivals in Europe, with an audience of 130,000 this year.
Having the gift of sourcing the best from the underground scene, Pukkelpop presents over 8 stages of the most progressive, contemporary and alternative music from now and tomorrow.
